National and International Shipping
Shipping within New Zealand is with NZ Post. All artworks are sent via tracked mail and take approximately 2-3 days for delivery. However, during these uncertain times (Covid-19), delivery may take approximately 7 days from placement of your order.
International shipping is available. Please get in touch via my Contact page to make an enquiry.
If you are purchasing more than one item, shipping will be combined.

Can I get something personally painted for me? Commissioned artwork is available, allowing you to capture moments and memories of a favourite location.
I would be delighted to create a beautiful and unique piece for you. Please get in touch via my Contact page to discuss.
How long does it take to paint an original artwork? The time can vary due to the size of the canvas, the amount of work involved and whether I have other Commission work on at the time.

I'm interested in a 'one-off' original artwork Some Art Prints have come from Commissioned artworks. If you would like a 'one-of-a-kind' original artwork, I would love the opportunity to create a special and unique piece for you.
The reason some Commission Paintings are reproduced into Art Prints is because I offer a two-tiered pricing structure - there's one price for an 'one-off' original piece and another price if we agree on Art Prints being reproduced.

How do I look after my artwork? All Original Artworks are painted with artist quality paints and on quality materials. Artwork is sprayed with a varnish to keep them protected. However, please keep your painting out of direct sunlight to prevent fading.
Should you get fly-dirt on your painting or you have found you have inadvertently dented the canvas of your painting, get in touch via my Contact page and I can talk you through how this can be easily fixed.
All Art Prints have been produced on quality card and with quality inks.
Please keep out of direct sunlight to prevent fading and they should last you many, many, many years!
Returns and Exchanges Helene Henare Artist is dedicated to delighting you with your Artwork. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with a Commissioned Painting or an Art Print, then let’s talk. In the first instance, get in touch via my Contact page so it can be sorted.
If a piece has to be returned, the cost of sending back will be payable by the purchaser.
If you receive the wrong item Helene Henare Artist will accept items for replacement with the correct item or exchange if returned in saleable condition, with the original sales receipt, all original packaging and within 30 days of the original purchase date.
If the original sales receipt is not available, (for example, because you received the product as a gift or the original receipt is lost by you), we may, at our discretion, offer an exchange only so long as the Helene Henare Artist item is returned in saleable condition and with all original packaging.
Costs and liabilities relating to the return shipping of exchange items are at your own risk and expense.

Warranty Helene Henare Artist’s warranty does not cover damaged items resulting from misuse, accidents, alterations, exposure to corrosive or abrasive substances or other factors outside of normal expected use and Helene Henare Artist denies any obligation to take any action in respect of such damaged items.
